When will my order be sent?
Orders are generally dispatched on Fridays. Should this date be a public holiday, orders are sent on either the closest Thursday or Monday.
If you need the order dispatched sooner, please contact us to arrange this. Don’t forget to quote your order number in the request.
I want to pick up my order.
Click and collect is available, please select this as your shipping option. There is no shipping charge on click and collect orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to Australia. If you would like to organise international shipping, please contact us. Please note, our website can only accept Australian card payments. An invoice can be arranged for payment outside Australia.
My order arrived broken or damaged.
Contact us to arrange a replacement within 3 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number and a photo of the broken or damaged item.
